Tip #2 Keep your elbows at your waist or belt area. This stops you from looking all hunched up and your arms looking short and stubby. When you hold your arms at your waist, your arms are a bit more extended and your upper body is more relaxed, loose and natural. Practice a little holding some flowers that way you are not worried about how your arms look and you look naturally loose and relaxed.
